Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, mobile number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be cancelled and balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All gaming and betting activities on gb bajee are for persons aged 21 or above only. Providing a false age at registration will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances.

Deposits and Withdrawals

gb bajee processes deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4.1 Deposit Methods

Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Use the correct reference number when making a deposit; otherwise, funds may be delayed.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this may take longer if identity verification is pending.

4.3 Transaction Terms

Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawals are only possible once wagering requirements have been completed.
gb bajee may request additional verification for irregular or suspicious transactions.
Any request to cancel or modify a transaction must be made before processing has begun.

Bonuses and Promotions

gb bajee offers a welcome bonus for new members — 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. This bonus is not provided free of cost; wagering requirements must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be completed. Alternatively, depositing ৳30,200 adds ৳15,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳45,200, and the wagering requirement will be ৳15,000 × 20 = ৳3,00,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions; the terms stated on the offers page or in the email will apply.
Bonus balances may be used for betting, but cannot be withdrawn directly.
If multiple accounts are used to take advantage of bonuses, all bonuses will be cancelled.
In cases of bonus abuse, gb bajee reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend the account.
If you wish to withdraw your deposit without completing wagering, the associated bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, gb bajee runs various seasonal or event-based promotions. The specific terms of these promotions will be announced separately and will apply alongside these general terms.

VIP Program

gb bajee's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier is determined based on the user's regular account activity.

6.1 Weekly Cashback

Weekly cashback is available at each VIP tier, calculated as a fixed percentage of the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings):

Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.
Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

6.2 Tier Change Conditions

Users are promoted to higher tiers based on consistent account activity. Specific turnover thresholds are not published; the VIP team's decision is final. For more details on tier changes, see our FAQ section.

6.3 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP cashback and other benefits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another account. gb bajee reserves the right to change the VIP benefit structure at any time; members will be notified before any changes take effect.

Gaming Rules

gb bajee offers slots, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming services. Each game or betting event has its own rules, which should be read before playing.

7.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and market. These limits will be displayed on the platform during play. gb bajee reserves the right to change or cancel any betting limits.

7.2 Technical Errors

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, markets will be settled according to gb bajee's policy. In multi-bets, if any one selection fails, the entire bet is lost. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

Opening an account under a false identity or operating an account in someone else's name.
Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
Using the platform for illegal payments or money laundering.
Using automated bots or software to place bets.
Attempting to access another member's account.
Using gb bajee's brand or logo without permission.
Applying coordinated betting strategies against the platform.

If such activities are detected, gb bajee may be required to forfeit the balances of the associated accounts and notify law enforcement authorities.

Account Suspension and Closure

gb bajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

Violation of terms and conditions.
Failure to complete identity or age verification.
Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Failure to submit KYC documents.
Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

9.1 User-Requested Closure

Any member may request to close their account at any time. After a request is submitted via live chat or email, all pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

9.2 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive after 12 months without any transaction or login. If an inactive account has a balance, it will be preserved; however, the member may withdraw funds after logging back in or completing identity verification.

13.1 Right of Interpretation
